As the year begins, Boys & Girls Club of Washington County is looking forward to the upcoming 2026 year. For us this isn’t just another year of supporting kids in Washington County, but it is our 85th Anniversary.

We opened our doors in 1941 as The Boys Club. In 1990, with the recognition of the national change for growth and the fact that girls are a part of our cause, we became The Boys & Girls Club to welcome all kids in the community through our blue door.

We are excited for the events we have planned for 2026 that will not only continue to fuel our mission, but also to celebrate our 85th anniversary. The Boys & Girls Club of Washington County would love for you to join us in our mission to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.

Some things to look forward to:

  • 85th Anniversary Celebration-All year there will be lots of events & opportunities throughout for your company to be a part of this milestone with us!
  • Youth of the Year Dinner- Thursday, March 26th, 2026. Celebrate the youth in our community as we name one of our teens with the honor of this title.
  • Annual Golf Tournament-Monday, September 14th, 2026. This is our largest fundraiser of the year hosted by the beautiful Musket Ridge Golf Club.
  • 85th Anniversary Gala-November 2026. A celebration of our achievements, our mission, the ongoing support of the community, and Club Kids across the County.
  • Annual Report Relaunch-Just another way for your company to show the community your support of Club Kids in Washington County.
